Frequently Asked Questions

How should I prepare for my first treatment?

Being well hydrated before your massage is very important for the elimination of toxins that are released into the body’s circulation during treatment.
Dress Comfortably.
Since a massage lotion is applied to the skin, wearing comfortable clothes will not only put you in a relaxed state before your massage but will also keep you relaxed afterwards.

What should I expect from my first session?

During your treatment, concentrate on your breathing, making sure to take long, deep breaths. This will help to reduce stress and chase away negative thoughts. Almost no effort is needed from you. I will know how to lift your arm or your head. Even when the massage is underway, let me know your preferences or if you feel uncomfortable. By leaving nothing to chance, you’ll get the maximum benefits from your massage. Too hot, too cold; more or less pressure; bright or low lighting; loud or low music; with or without essential oils… It’s your massage – you decide.

Do you see all types of clients?

Currently I am only working on female clients. If you are pregnant or have any special needs, please let me know prior to booking so I can try to accommodate you as best as possible.

Do you accept insurance?

Currently I am unable to take insurance. This is something I plan to change eventually, so please stay tuned for updates.
